System Engineering of Vehicle Interiors with feno
The contemporary interior design of vehicles emphasizes the value of design and material with individual lighting concepts. The interior development teams in the automotive industry are faced with a fundamental task: Despite the minimal installations space, the challenging free-form surfaces are to be illuminated individually and over their entire surface. At the same time, the interaction with other lighting components, the LED-cooler, the manufacturing and validation of the electronics, as well as the control of the LED components in the entire vehicle must be solved by a clever system design. Here, feno provides designers and development teams with its project support from conception to series production. feno offers a newly introduced starter kit for the ISELED-illumination concept. With a total of 16 ISELED LEDs on flexible LED strips and a quick connect plug for easy connection with the included control unit, dynamic lighting functions can be created in just a few steps.
