Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by contacting our data controller using the email address or telephone number given:

• The right to be informed about the data we hold for you and how it is handled (Article 15 GDPR),
• The right to rectification of incorrect personal data (Article 16 GDPR),
• The right to erasure of the personal data we hold for you (Article 17 GDPR),
• The right to restrict processing of your personal data unless we are not allowed to delete your data yet due to legal obligations (Article 18 GDPR),
• The right to object to processing of the data we hold for you (Article 21 GDPR) and
• The right to data portability if you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Article 20 GDPR).

If you have provided us with consent you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future.

You may lodge a complaint at any time with a supervisory authority, such as the competent authority of the place of your residence or the authority responsible for us.

Forms (contact form/application)

Nature and purpose of processing:

The data entered by you will be stored for the purpose of communicating specifically with you. This requires a valid email address and your name. This information is used for identifying a request and subsequently responding to it. Provision of further data is optional.

Legal basis:

The data entered on the forms is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6, Section 1, Point f GDPR).

By providing the contact form and/or application form we are offering you with a simple way to get in contact. Your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions.

If you contact us to ask for a quote, the data entered on the contact form will be processed for taking steps prior to entering in a contract (Article 6, Section 1, Point b GDPR).

Recipients:

Recipients of the data may be data processors.

Retention period:

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the request has been processed.

If a contractual relationship arises we are subject to the statutory retention periods in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data on expiry of these periods.

Provision prescribed or necessary:

Provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, an email address and the reason for the inquiry.

Cookies

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file containing information that is created when a website is visited. It is stored temporarily on the system of the person visiting the website. When the server of this website is contacted again by the website user the website user’s browser sends the cookie it had previously received back to the server. The server can evaluate the information thus obtained. Cookies can make it easier for users to navigate a website and are often necessary for technical reasons.

Use of cookies:

No cookies are required to visit our website. We do not use cookies and do not use tracking tools.

Situation-related right to object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data based on Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR (data processing on the basis of legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision, as defined in Article 4 (4) of the GDPR.

If you object we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
