Forms (contact form/application)
Nature and purpose of processing:
The data entered by you will be stored for the purpose of communicating specifically with you. This requires a valid email address and your name. This information is used for identifying a request and subsequently responding to it. Provision of further data is optional.
Legal basis:
The data entered on the forms is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6, Section 1, Point f GDPR).
By providing the contact form and/or application form we are offering you with a simple way to get in contact. Your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions.
If you contact us to ask for a quote, the data entered on the contact form will be processed for taking steps prior to entering in a contract (Article 6, Section 1, Point b GDPR).

Retention period:
Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the request has been processed.
