SMARTFLOW enriches production
Daniel Schröferl, Production Manager at feno, and Makary Koletzko, Group Manager THD, present the first spectacular newcomer of the year: the SMARTFLOW 2020 from kurtz ersa.
With this energy-efficient, high-performance selective soldering system, we are replacing the old wave soldering system. "We are continuously investing in the optimisation of our production line - the SMARTFLOW is definitely a sensible reinforcement," says Daniel. The new machine has a lot to offer: 60% less energy consumption, optimal controllable heat input and economical use of operating materials. In addition, it simply offers higher quality: it enables large PCB formats, soldering under nitrogen, process visualisation incl. soldering protocols - and it is extremely low-maintenance.
