We have been a certified training company since 2022, and the first two talents have started in September: Nils and Philipp are being trained as "electronics technicians for devices and systems" in cooperation between our production and development departments. From now on, we will regularly take more talents under our wing. On the one hand, we want to live up to our responsibility for the Oberhaching site and the region. And above all, we are strengthening our company for the future with more and more specialists who carry the feno DNA and work at an absolute premium level.
