Arrive, buckle up, let's go: "I want to infect Natan with our enthusiasm, with the feno sparkle," says Daniel Matouschek, looking ahead: "It's important to me that Natan can really participate in projects and gain experience during his training."
During his training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, Natan will go through different departments. "At feno, we work interdisciplinarily. Our trainees need to look beyond their own horizons and have an understanding of project management, IT and sales to know how everything works together here," says Daniel.
The trainer stands by Natan's side as a mentor and helpful colleague. He supports him with self-organization of the training and with recording and managing progress, so that Natan can quickly become independent and take on responsibility. And of course Daniel knows how to make his trainee's eyes light up: "With small, exciting tinkering projects that improve our projects and processes – those are the most fun."
