Reorganization at feno: New CTO, CSO and COO appointments for a brighter future.
Hello 2025, hello C-Level: feno GmbH is establishing a new, strong management level. With movers and shakers who have been driving the company forward for years.
2025 will be a year of action and excitement at feno. Our former Head of Development, Reinhard Neudecker, will be the new CTO; our former Head of Sales and Marketing, Alexander Müller, will be the new CSO and our former legal adviser, Jörg Remien, will be the new COO. “Bringing these three dedicated individuals into management the ideal solution for me,” said founder and Managing Director, Karl Weinhold. “They have been driving forces in the company for many years, representing feno at trade fairs and at our customers. As part of our teams, they have been at the center of our operations. They are feno. For me, it was a logical step to make place them officially at the heart of the company and to provide them with far-reaching decision-making powers as members of the management board,” he continued.
The appointments are also a response by the Managing Director to the decision of his long-serving co-director, Brigitte Weinhold, to leave the company at the end of the year. In revealing her motives for leaving, Brigitte Weinhold said that she is at a point in her life where she needs a break and a change. Karl Weinhold added “I regret Brigitte’s decision, but I also see it as an opportunity. With these three strong appointments we have closed a number of gaps and created ideal structures for the future of the company.”
