Alexander Niklas has started his training as an electronics engineer for devices and systems at feno.
Has he been filling his time making coffee and sweeping the floor? No, not at feno. He has been creative, setting up systems, soldering, assembling and measuring – in short, doing everything that an electronics engineers likes doing. What is the most important skill for this profession? “Curiosity!” says his trainer Daniel Matouschek. “You can’t know everything, but you can always learn.” Here at feno, development and production are separated by just one door. Alexander and the other trainees immerse themselves in our entire process from the initial idea to the finished solution. I think it’s important that Alexander and the three trainees from previous years get a complete insight and learn everything. We want them to think holistically, work independently and enrich the company with their fresh way of thinking,” he added.
So welcome to feno, Alexander, and get stuck in!
