fi dmx-dsi 1e DMX to DSI interface
The fi dmx-dsi 1e signal converter is an independent unit with strain relief for decentralized used at trade fairs, in shops and on stages. Its low weight makes it ideal for use in suspended ceilings, wall niches, and so on. This feno interface enables DSI users to be addressed via an existing DMX control system by converting the DMX signal into a DSI signal. Digital ballasts with a DSI interface can then be switched and dimmed via DMX512.
The product is used wherever several monochromatic light sources have to behave identically, so one channel is sufficient for controlling the receivers. The start channel can be easily set by means of a rotary switch.
Electrical separation of the input and output, and connections that are protected against polarity reversal and short-circuits ensure a high level of operational safety for fi dmx-dsi 1e. The signal converter operates in a voltage range of 85 to 260 V.
